Check PRoW status from A23/A27 junction to Saddlescombe Road. Strava heatmap shows heavy bicycle usage which suggests public bridleway, restricted byway, or cycle path. Needs checking for signage on the ground.

Check PRoW status, think this must be public bridleway, (restricted) byway, or green lane. Ceetainly appears to have bicycle access. I believe it's quite steep.
