Und es macht durchaus Sinn, den Punkt im Haus zu platzieren, wie du das anfänglich gemacht hast.

I just stumbled upon this undiscussed import. It is correct that we can use the Siwss address dataset. I also recognize that Valais is direly lacking in addresses. But just carelessly dumping the dataset is still not acceptable.

1. We want to connect it to the existing data. That means put it on the building outline if buildings are already mapped. Dumping them as nodes just doubles the work for no benefit
2. We want you to review it. There are addresses that are slightly outside a building. Or in the middle of the forest. Are there maybe house numbers for carports or sheds, which do not make sense to add.
3. You have already been told not to delete existing data changeset/112428221. And you did it again! There is no excuse any more.

Why is there no Benefit of just dumping the data in OSM: Anyone is free to use that dataset. They can just import it themselves (and decide if they want it at all!) Drawbacks: Apart from the double work (delete node when moving address to the outline) this data would linger forever in OSM, with no one caring, rotting.

operator=Gemeinde ist eine null Information. Ich weiss auch nicht, wieso der iD da überhaupt operator als sinnvolles Attribut vorschlägt. Ich würde das in Zukunft weg lassen, wenn du noch mehr Gemeindehäuser einträgst.

Ich bin verärgert. Die einzige substantielle Änderung ist falsch: Das Luftbild im Birch ist veraltet. Die Strasse geht nun nördlich der Häuser durch. Sofamapper!

Das way/509052702 ist kein highway=footway. Wenn es da ein Fahrverbot hat, dann bitte das Fahrverbot mappen, ohne die Strassenklasse zu ändern. Das OSM Datenmodell behandelt diese Eigenschaften unabhängig.

Du hast einige heighway=path zu highway=footway geändert. footway impliziert eigentlich das blaue fussgänger schild, also ein verbot für Velos. Ich denke in den meisten fällen wäre path durchaus korrekt gewesen. Ein Fahrverbot wäre vehicle=no

Hallo und willkommen bei OSM. Die Warnungen des iD Editor und dessen Anpassungsempfehlung blindlings zu folgen ist keine gute Idee. Ich hab mir diese Änderungen angeschaut, und die meisten machen keinen Sinn meiner Meinung nach.

Ich wäre mit diesen pseude Hausnummern (mit Punkt) zurückhaltend. Die werden wohl kaum angeschrieben sein.

Oh. Just saw that. Intersection Alte Baarerstrasse and Göblistrasse is indeed that complicated. But most importantly, you crippled the restrictions, and they are crutial. They are new and prohibit through traffic through Aarbach. Please look out. The aerial imagery is not yet reflecting the situation on the ground.

I agree, it's better to have one node for each address if there are several in one outline. But you could put the address nodes on the outline. That makes it easyer for data consumers (one less jump to make)
