Car park is now a building site.

Church Scar Seawall Project: Main promenade is closed due to construction works until around January 2020. A temporary footpath has been created nearer to the residential area. These changes can be reverted when the work is done, although the temporary footway will probably remain on the land.

Church Drive is private access, but permissive for foot only. This is stated on a sign here, where there is also a bollard.

There is a public footpath that continues from this bridge.

There is a small path leading out of Witch Wood into the corner of the school fields, with a gate which always remains locked.
