Town GIS has this owned by North Andover Improvement Society. Is there a better local name for this parcel? Is it open to the public?

There's a relation here called "Unmarked Trail" which consists of various disjointed paths. The relation is tagged as a local walking route, but I doubt there's actually a route called "Unmarked Trail" and I would expect any route to be continuous.
