help bicycle routers get a practical result here: there's a cycle path starting from the sidewalk on north syncamore to the southeast of this intersection, but the expressway (especially) and ambiguous nature of the crossings unnecessarily mess them up.

this tiny segment being marked "private" breaks bicycle routers. Looking at imagery, it doesn't look private in any way, and the previous and first author was trying to fill in a bike route, so, I think this was an oversight.
