Add a few more segments. The stream comes out of a hole of the snow bank that is visible in Esri Clarity imagery. But given how the stream among the trees looks, it does so year after year.

There's an unusually well-established looking snowmelt stream here, with deep, firm banks with vegetation growing in it, and clearly defined pools. The flow was just perfect for filling water containers without being a crossing impediment.
