ok, maybe it shouldn't be access=private but access=destination. also, before the new roundabout on tirino/acquatorbida intersection i mapped some addresses in the zone and i can absolutely confirm to you this way belongs to via tirino. it doesn't mean since the road is now connected to another road it changes its name. it all depends by the numeration. the "strada vicinale acquatorbida" sign refers to the road known as "via vicenza" in san giovanni teatino.

My ignored warnings are most of the time tags wrong for amenities that appear in my screen while I'm editing other nodes/ways (which I don't bother to fix, since I don't want to). Also, let me point out that the building:part=yes tag in the San Giustino cathedral is there since 2015 and you've noticed only now, after a my changeset. Your edit was the last and you didn't notice.

I used the building:part=* tag on certain part of the buildings, not the whole building, so I think I've done everything correctly.
