thank you for the tag about this issue. I've just finished this changeset: changeset/152382021
You will see that I've deleted both turning limitations in Piazza Madonna della Cona: it's because, even if I think the grass area in the center works as a roundabout, there are no visible-from-satellite-imagery street signs marking it, so I preferred to delete for the moment, and maybe someone who knows better the zone will solve once and for all this doubt.

Hi SekeRob, I really want to thank you for your edits in the area. I just started a new job so I couldn't keep up with your changesets, but thank you so much. As you've seen, the cemetery civic numbers (or maybe should we say ref=* in this case since it looks like a progressive numeration that doesn't follow the other streets' numeration? Also, I wasn't even aware of Bruno Madonna entrances, never been on that street) weren't referring to Togliatti, so I can say that after all I wasn't wrong avoiding to add addr:street.
The rain was a big impeding for me, I didn't take many notes while passing there by car (like, I remember seeing 2-12d series but I wasn't sure of their position).
Again, thanks for adding a lot of new details.

On #11728064512 I've tagged the address node, it's a plaque visible from the street. Again, also on that one the streetname is written on it, but I couldn't read it since I was in a car.
Also: #11728064512 I'm sure is referred to Via Palmiro Togliatti. But it looks strange to me that the numbers I've tagged on the cemetery are all sequential and non-alternated (as if it was a square). That's one other thing that made me decide to not add the addr:street tag.

I know how to do this. I do what I can and what I know for sure. I do what I can, at my best. If there's something missing I will fix it when I can, or if someone else is faster than me it's ok. Do you want to help or to complain?

Hello SekeRob, I'vge checked this tag on OSMAnd, https://openingh.openstreetmap.de/ and https://projets.pavie.info/yohours. Right now, neither of these three have a problem with the opening_hours tag, since OSMAnd shows it correctly, openingh shows an error about public holidays (but I don't know a general rule, MD publishes those hours only when an holiday is approaching) and I've actually created the tag using YoHours.
If I correct this tag as per your suggestion, YoHours shows an error and openingh shows the same error about public holidays. I don't know if OSMAnd would accept or understand the tag.
That's why I'll keep it this way. Obviously after Christmas I'll change the tag to reflect other holidays, if other particular opening hours are published.
