In Austria are some highways marked with toll, e.g. A1, but other without toll, e.g. here A9 (bute some othrs as well). On A9 are marked with toll only tunnels that are paid separately for every use.
It's probably due missing OSM possibility to distinguish tolls/charges paid for some period (10 days / year) a and every use. But there is incosistency for same toll type in current map.
