Mapped houses; added unmarked crossing.

This area needs quite a bit of work. Started on cleaning up road geometry; deleted non-existent ways; added hospital grounds area; fix to section of single carriageway; other misc fixes.

Mapped Sidewalks, few houses, and other minor misc edits. including deleting "sinkhole" which was repaired.
