Auf den Satellitenbildern (ESRI Clarity) sieht es so aus, dass der Kanal in eine südliche Richtung abbiegt und nahe der kleinen Insel in den Weiher mündet.

Die Gemeinde "Kriel" existiert seit 1888 nicht mehr. Es gibt keinen Stadtteil mit dieser Bezeichnung; der Name ist nicht mehr gebräuchlich.
Die Bezeichnung sollte entfallen.

Anhand der Notiz ist mir nicht klar, ob die geänderte Verkehrsführung nur temporär war.
