Corrected my earlier amendment as I had omitted to apply the amendment to only the spillway section of the river.

Amended tag from "river" to "canal" + usage=spillway. since the excess river water is diverted over a man-made spillway.

Amended waterway tag from "river" to "pressurised". All penstock are pressurised by default.
