It looks like this node is incorrect. The attribute amenity mentions "bus_station", but the name:en suggests it's the train station "Zhangjiajie west railway station (high speed)". If it does refer to the railway station, this node already exists just next to it.
Should this node be deleted?

There is now a gate blocking access to the road. The gate is located on the residential street, north of the junction with the pedestrian street.

"This place no longer exists, went there today and I could only see restaurants in this building."
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
