Added a gate to indicate the end of a path and marked the rest of the path as private, as it is currently not accessible and clearly marked as private ground.

I part of the service road is no accessible to bikes. Good part of the same is unpaved and partially under construction

Some short parts of this roundabout have now been make inaccessible to bikes. Maps still give them as an option to reach a path, but that is no longer the case
