There is a concrete barrier but it has an opening so a walker or cyclist can get through. Maybe show as a trail or connect the two road ends?

I think this may be Soo Tip Peak. Anyone have any idea about that?

This trail is called Bowzer Trail - it is the former Bowzer Road, part of it is now an off-leash dog walk so it has a nice connection with the word "Bowzer" .
