The section of the MLK Jr. East Busway between Penn Station and Herron Station has a max speed of 50 MPH.

At Herron Station, this decreases to 35 MPH.

95 Express Lanes should be tagged as `highway=motorway_link` instead of `highway=motorway`

I made a *really* bad changeset that I will have to fix.

The busway to the left has `highway=service` + `busway=busway`, and the busway to the right has `highway=bus_guideway`.

The roadway is tagged as two-way, but is unreachable travelling from the South to the North.

This section of road is mapped as a divided highway, when it is not.

Should each of the stations have a `name`=* tag? The term upper/lower station is descriptive, but I can't any information suggesting that these stations are officially named that way.

Just because bus traffic is allowed while motor traffic is restricted does not mean that `highway=service` is an appropriate tag for it.

It would probably be more appropriate to tag it as `highway=residential`, all while keeping the existing access tags.
