Why is this mapped as a cycle path? Firstly, it doesn't seem to go anywhere (at least for cyclists) and secondly, it's so narrow that it would hard to cycle here or even walk your bike.

This short section should be tagged cycling=yes, as otherwise the cyclists coming from the bike path to the NW from here would be facing a dead-end.
