This bridge is closed with locked gates at each end and railings preventing access from the sides. It is not possible to cross anymore. Adventurous people could climb around the railings but that would be considered dangerous. I have attempted to update this by registering on OSM and editing the feature but I'm not sure if I made the changes correctly.
