Deleting POI, as according to http://libsci.sc.edu/histories/academic/mck1.html McKissick Memorial Library is somewhere on the University of SC campus in Columbia, and it appears it is now either disused or converted into some sort of museum.

Confirmed on-site that this is the specific location of Connie Maxwell Children's Home. Cooper Road nearby is one-way going north.
