Transferred Lander University police office to building. Added some parking aisles, surface tags, and a sidewalk nearby.

Trying again to get some of these church polygons right. After considerable thought, I think this is correct and the most logical way to tag / relate them. I don't know if this will actually fix the issues I have seen with duplicate rendering in OsmAnd.

Changed Merrywood Elementary School grounds / building near Grace Street Park to Project Hope Foundation. Per school district website at https://mer.gwd50.org/ Merrywood Elementary is now located somewhere out on Deadfall Road West.
