It looks like there is a car road block here but I can not see it from official NVDB road network, can someone who is local to this area take a look.

This Way: Banvallsvägen (23316452), is marked as 'construction' which makes the connected area unavailable for routing. Is this the case or is the road passable or perhaps there is a new connecting road?

The road Erstaviksvägen is that a private road and/or is there a speed limit sign 30 km/h?

New road at this point connecting Valhallgata and Vidars gate, but I am not able to find open map data to verify and digitize.

Is this barrier block here, Node: 1404807221, still in place?
