Looks to be construction expanding Crappy Tire store by adding to the south side of the building. This is temporarily blocking the lane through the carpark between Napanee Centre Plaza and Canadian Tire - so the only way between CTR and No Frills during construction is to drive onto Centre St N (#41).

Way: Ronald Vatcher Memorial Hall (1080629305) is likely gone, torn down to make way for the youth shelter. The church itself it still standing (and temporarily closed) but the hall is not.

Road closed at this point until 2022. According to the city's transportation services:

"In the approval process for the Cataraqui Estates Business Park, the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) stipulated that the intersection of Centennial Drive and Gardiners Road must be upgraded prior to opening the extension of Centennial Drive. The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has approval authority given the proximity to Hwy 401. The design of the Gardiners and Centennial intersection is underway and pending design completion and appropriate approvals the construction is anticipated to begin in 2022.Once the intersection work is completed the City will be able to open this section of Centennial Drive that connects the Cataraqui Estates Business Park to Gardiners Road to vehicles."

...so I've marked this as a closed gate for now, but what's actually there are "Jersey wall"-style temporary construction barriers. Most annoying.
