Left turn from Keizerinlaan to Stormstraat is no longer possible for motor vehicles. On the northbound stretch of Keizerinlaan between Loksumstraat and Wildewoudstraat, the left lane is for buses, taxis, and bicycles to turn left into Stormstraat; the right lane is for all vehicles to continue onto the de Berlaimontlaan. Bollards have been placed on the intersection of Keizerinlaan and Stormstraat to prevent motor vehicles in the right lane to make a left turn. I have no idea how to tag this.
