New street here, off Queen Elizabeth Road, ending in a cul-de-sac. The street is cross-shaped, with two small dead ends forming the crossbar about two thirds of the way up the street. The street is in alignment with the church of SS. Mary & John on the corner of Cedar Road and Edinburgh Road.

Here, there are now two new roads arranged in a shallow reverse lower-case "h" shape:

- Claypool Lane, which comes off Queen Elizabeth Road and more or less follows the curve of what used to be Ludford Road and then joins Cowburn Lane;

- Cowburn Lane, which also comes off Queen Elizabeth Road (at roughly the point where the bus stops are marked here) and ends in a cul-de-sac just north-east of where Claypool Lane joins it.

This is no longer Shilpa Medical Centre. It is now 2 blocks of flats: Shilpa Court, 1C Ashfield Avenue (10 flats), which is on the corner of Ashfield Avenue and Valentine Road, and Vanta Court, 1B Ashfield Avenue (6 flats), which is set back from the road, between Shilpa Court and Evergreen Court (1A Ashfield Avenue)
