At the minimum they could be service roads since Mapillary shows construction on these roads seems to be complete. 2) These roads are attributed as motor_vehicle=no, but in Mapillary these routes are signed as bus routes, it also looks like cars can travel along these roads, nothing saying they cant. 3) This is high traffic area, there is not enough information to make an edit without street level ground truth. |
