This intersection has changed but I'm not quite sure how. It appears the traffic coming from I-95 comes onto VA-3 at a T-intersection with a stop light, now.

Perhaps someone can take a better look at this area.

speed limit on i85 south is 60 mph, not 65.

There's a roundabout here now. All satellite imagery seems to be real old though.
