You cannot access this street anymore.. its barricaded at anita court. Thats the last street you can turn on. And the right side of street is empty airport property land. So is all barricaded areas.

From imagery (Bing and Mapbox) this way looks like a paved road.
But in ESRI it looks like under construction or track need locals to verify.

need to map this ramp, as well as the bridge it connects to; I think it's this? https://wataugaonline.com/bridge-dedication-connects-fallen-to-future-naming-ceremony-honors-sgt-baldridge/ the pictures seem to match, and I don't know of any other point where US 221 as it goes through Ashe County, connects to US 421.
