The business on this building might not be real and only added for advertising reasons, on the about section of their website (https://mmjdoctors.com/about-us/) it says that they are a web based business and on the footer of the page it says that they are based in California (so its unlikely that they'd have an office in Miami dade Fl) so either they haven't updated their website in a while or this business is unlikely to exist in this building.
