Q2: Looks like "West Park Avenue" actually stretches to this intersection. So:

- To the W of this intersection = West Park Avenue.
- To the E of this intersection = East Park Avenue.

Blue Ridge Parkway has reopened from NC-215 to US-25, just south of Asheville. Rode this week before last.

Clyburn place continues into Spelman College Pass.

Question for other mappers:
This place=hamlet POI is in the middle of a landuse=residential and both have name=Heritage Estates. IMHO the POI place=hamlet is redundant as the landuse area explicitly describes the land that is Heritage Estates. Is this POI redundant and should be removed?
