I think this segment has a weird one-way bike tag. The bike path goes. both ways, at least according to https://vancouver.ca/files/cov/map-cycling-vancouver.pdf (and the signs since I bike this every day).

This electric car charging station no longer exists. A new one will be added next year but it will not be public and it will not be ChargePoint brand. Source: City of Asheville employee.

From the Yellow Trail just a few feet to the south, I could not find any way to access this little path with the two bridges under this note location. I suspect this little trail no longer exists. someone (perhaps me) should try to find the other end of this trail. Soon...
