Also, I'm going to say that Old Meadow Branch Road here should probably only be unclassified. The yellow dividers are a remnant of when it was a through road, before the airport was built.

Apparently if your multipolygon has touching inner rings, osm2pgsql generates a geometry that PostGIS considers invalid. This is arguably a bug in osm2pgsql, but adding a single inner ring as I'm doing here isn't incorrect, so here we go.

I missed the fact that Lady Bird Johnson Island way included the bridge to it. Now it doesn't and, as a bonus, the Potomac River bank multipolygon isn't an invalid geometry anymore.
