Add connecting path based on Strava heatmap. This can probably be refined with a survey, but at least the new boardwalk is routable now (I know for sure you can continue from the end of it without needing to turn back!).

It’s a bit hard to tell from the signage, but I think “La Perouse” might be part of the name? Alternatively “Kurnell” could be removed from the name of the counterpart wharf, but then they’d have exactly the same names.
