Pearl Health Clinic is being listed at 1740 E 17th st, Ste B, Idaho Falls, ID. Pearl is no longer at this location. We are now located at 2705 E 17th St, Ammon, ID (as indicated here on the map). If this could be updated that would be great! I'm not sure how to do this. Thank you!!!
