Yeah, you're right it does look like discouraged access should only be used for places that are signed. Thanks for adding the shoulder tags to the appropriate sections.

I think in this case bicycle=discouraged (https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/bicycle=discouraged) would be the appropriate tag to use since bicycles aren't legally prohibited but can be dangerous without a shoulder.

Why did you add building=industrial to substations such as relation/12333319? Only buildings within these substations should have this tag.

I also noticed that you changed water works such as way/135245347 to substations. Please make sure when you're selecting a preset such as LADWP that you look at the feature type below the name to make sure that it isn't a different type of feature. If one doesn't exist for that feature type, consider opening an issue on NSI: https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/issues/new

I've added presets for wastewater plants and water works for LADWP, but note that these won't show up in the editor until next week.

I appreciate your work in Centralia, but after looking through these changes, I noticed some issues in both this changeset and others that should be addressed. For example, way/220488138 should be rectangular to reflect what the shape of the field is likely like on the ground. I also noticed multipolygons such as relation/13812953. Even the non-grass area is still part of the baseball field. I also found some duplicate features represented as an area and a node, such as how node/9523438796 should be removed as the dog park is already represented in way/1033716739.

I know this is from a while ago, but I think it makes more sense to use `ref` or `building:ref` instead of `name` for building numbers

Are you sure that North Dakota between Springwood and 121st is one-way? IIRC only the traffic choker on the south side of Springwood is one-way.

Could you please remove this footpath? If foot traffic is allowed on this stretch, you can split the road by selecting the node it should be split and using the hotkey 'x', then select the road where foot traffic is allowed and select 'yes' for 'Foot' under the 'Allowed Access' field.

In the future, please be more careful when realigning huge areas like these. As you can see in the link below you dragged a bunch of nodes and areas miles away from where they were. This was too much to be fixed by hand so I decided to revert this changeset.
