The bike road is closed here in that direction due to construction

How should I mark these streets of they don't have a dedicated pedestrian part but it's possible to walk on it nonetheless and as far as I can tell it's not "disallowed" to either? Technically, it doesn't have a pedestrian area but if I'd mark it so this street would be "unwalkable", I guess. So what's the correct way of marking such a streets?

Technically that's one building but logically it's divided in three separate buildings: a hotel, an offices and a living building. So it should be either divided here or use some mixed category.
