OSM marks a tower and heliport here, but when I visited in person today I did not see either.

OSM correctly marks a cell tower 250 feet to the SW, and that is Verizon and T-Mobile. This tower is clearly visible on Google Street View from the highway.

There is pole structure at 39.556788, -105.078666 also visible on Street View. However, it's 100% not a cell tower. It's much shorter, maybe 10-15 ft fall.

At 39.55658246549775, -105.07807026844652 is a shack with a small antenna.

In summary, delete the tower?

This is not an access to trail from parking lot. It's a drainage area with rocks to prevent erosion. Trail access is East about 20 ft.
