Local residents told us that the road is private

I was riding a bike here, the old road (visible on some of the satellite images, south-east) is plowed with the rest of the field. Only the corrected road now exists.

There is no spring and has never been. I tried to find it, but there is no man-made object around and no sings of natural spring, no wet places or something that shows that groundwater comes to the surface. Photos — https://rodnik.today/142090
