The club's website is http://www.afcfylde.co.uk
Also, the whole area is "Mill Farm Sports Village" http://www.mfsv.co.uk/
http://www.milanos.co.uk/ and http://www.churchillsevents.com/ are also somewhere in here.
The road to the west is apparently called Coronation Way.
In the north west there are several 3G football and hockey pitches (Fylde Hockey Club https://www.fyldehc.com/ ).
According to the website, the petrol station is an "Euro Garages" with a Sainsbury’s Local. There's also a Greggs bakery and KFC.

Roundabout is having part time lights being installed. Didn't notice any on the southern roundabout (at least today, June 15).

Could you check this road, there is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else?

From a thread on Sabre Roads (https://www.sabre-roads.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1277369&hilit=a582#p1277369) it appears the road may be allocated the A582 road number, quoting a Lancashire county council article (https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/media/939736/notice-of-proposal.pdf). This implies that the current A582 Leyland to Penwortham road may at some future point be re-routed along the current western Penwortham bypass and a trans-Ribble route yet to be built.

OS OpenData StreetView shows this lane as a continuation of B5410 - perhaps someone local can confirm and update?

Road is already connected to Frederick Page way and the junction between it and the side roads for BAE is traffic controlled. Road is awaiting approval from the County Council as a public highway. Likely to be in January 2018.

This part of Gorse Street is just a stub now but is still signed as such.
