There is a playground around here though it doesn't seem to show up on the aerial imagery

What is the current use of this site? I think it has formerly been Ickburgh School (demolished?) and New Regent's College (now at Nile Street?)

Lawley Street junction with Powerscroft Road - is the gate intended to be pedestrian/emergency access only? Are there any cycle-specific signs?
