There is no mistake but the postal addresses for the properties from the point shown westwards as far as the other side of Wellington Gardens on the north side of the road is Wellington Gardens, TN33 0HD. Numbers 61 and 62 are to the East of the point shown but set back from North Trade Road.

the ticket office is now at the car park, this is just a tea room now.

There is a missing pedestrian route from High Street (opposite the First In Last Out pub) up past the end of The Croft and ending on Croft Road. It is called Salter's Lane.
There is also a pedestrian route called Love Lane which is a continuation of The Croft in the direction of (but not joining) Torfield Close. This joins a network of paths that link The Bourne / Old London Road and Croft Road.
And there is another pedestrian route from Croft Road, opposite the end of Salter's , going up to join the NE corner of the green space on West Hill.
