There are a number of "cycle + foot" paths in the area that are tagged as `highway=cycleway`. I have been reading these docs and it seems this is meant to be for dedicated cycle paths with signage marking the cycle ways. Since the rail trail and others typically have more pedestrian traffic than bikes/scooters, would it make sense to mark this as `highway=footway;bicycle=yes`?
