All the bus route 25 stops south of esquimalt road are missing

Bus route 25 does not go west of here and only has limited service (monday to friday) to Shoreline School

Is construction finished here? Seems like some imagery is now depicting a multilevel parking garage here, wondering if locals can confirm the current state of the parking area?

This pathway actually joins to Lochside Drive. It goes south (about 250 m) from this point and joins where there is the 90 degree turn in Lochside. The path is open to bikes and pedestrians and is the safest way to cross this interchange.
