Drip coffee is CLOSE to this location, but the residential area was expanded north of it's current line and a new condo was build north of the northmost building shown inside the zone on the current map. The residential building spans all the way from Departure Bay Road to the back of the property (before the park) with a private driveway on the north side of the building, running E to W. Units also run E to W.

This building is called Seaside Place. I used to live here for many years. It's lovely & wonderful.
