Confirmation is required that the Ankang Fuqiang Airport have proper and official ICAO and IATA identifier codes?
There was issue about duplicate ICAO and IATA code from Ankang Airport (way/223716363).

If the Ankang Fuqiang Airport is relocated and fully operational, it need to be proper tagged to avoid conflict between two airports.

If it is "HRZ" from national/country code register, best practice is to change IATA key value for local_ref key tag value (osm.wiki/Aeroways#Codes).
There was issue about duplicate IATA code for Aeroporto Walter Bündchen (way/290293742).

The problem was inherit tags/attributes from previous version of way (561967306 and 700979901) because I used "Combine way" option in JOSM to merge road segments. I notice problematic situation with construction tag from history: https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/561967306

I was was fixing "Invalid turn restriction" flag from changeset: changeset/71804058 also visible from https://osmcha.mapbox.com/changesets/71804058/ and modify geometry with existing tags. Only tag I added was source:geometry.

Thanks for answering and giving information for this unusual roundabout. In this case the one way tag is redundant and resolve Osmose issue. Solution for resolve issue is deleting oneway=yes tag.

I notice that changeset have two iterations with identical/duplicated buildings but different way ID and timestamp.
First timestamp was created 4/17/18 5:53 AM and second 4/17/18 6:05 AM.

JOSM report a mass of errors in validation process.

Please, can You fix this issue?

The access=yes tag is added by user Tony Morris in Version 3 created at 1/20/14.

From history of this changeset, I only added new unclassified/track road and connect with that problematic existed track.

I just fixed the duplicate way issue. Thank You for the information about this problem. Also, we did not have any conflict when dataset was in uploading process to server.

I removed surface:grade tag from that ways. My approach was simple logical, where is new asphalt road and good imagery surface:grade must be 3.
