Este nodo tiene 62 versiones, la versión 62 corresponde a este CS donde lo has borrado y creado uno nuevo con la misma información, si revisas en la parte baja de este CS donde dice
Nodos(3) podrás ver de primero el nodo 671806634,v62 tachado que es igual a borrado.
Como ya ha explicado Jordi MF es muy importante conservar el historial de este tipo de nodos porque se puede hacer una trazabilidad y estudiar como ha evolucionado a lo largo del tiempo y quienes lo han modificado.
Daré el aviso en el grupo de Telegram OSM Colombia para que se comenté y se revise este CS y hagan las correcciones pertinentes.

What is the mapping source that you used to map land uses, highway=track and leisure=pitch?
The aerial images used in the CS do not show any of the features you mapped on Cayo Roncador at all.
highway=track is used for agricultural and forestry ways. The island is an enclave of the Colombian National Navy for maritime and environmental research, not for agricultural or forestry use.
IGAC orthoimages (Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi) don't show any of the elements mapped by you, I mean leisure=pitch, palm trees AND natural=wood.
Bing, ESRI and MapBox do not have enough resolution in this area to display the items you mapped. That's why I ask what source of images you used to map Cayo Roncador.
Do you have a first-hand source? Any orthoimage from IGAC or another cartography provider or entity?

A brief clarification on area classification in Colombia.For general purposes, Colombia is divided into 2 types of areas = urban and rural. Officially (MGN) it is divided into 3 =
- Cabecera Municipal (Municipal Headquarters)
- Centro Poblado (Population Center)
- Rural Disperso (Rural Dispersed)
The first refers to the urban perimeter of any of the country's municipalities and districts.
The second describes small semi-urban populations in rural areas.
The third describes the rural areas that are the majority of the country and are different from the first two.
There is another unofficial category, which is the urban expansion zone, which corresponds to the borders between urban and rural areas, Areas where construction is carried out as a continuation of the municipality but remain rural areas until the POT reclassifies that area as urban. Cities and towns are constantly growing and expanding towards rural areas.
Although it is not properly explained in the mapping route for Colombia, highway=residential does not apply (N/A) for rural areas in the country, unless that road passes through Population Centers (Centros Poblados), This classification is duly identified in MGN and Divipola.

Estoy revertiendo y/o corrigiendo al idioma español ya que estás ediciones no están acordes con las reglas de mapeo para key=value wikipedia.
Todos los pueblos y municipios tocados por usted tienen su correspondiente entrada en idioma español en wikipedia, el idioma español es el idioma oficial de Colombia y se habla en toda la extensión del país.
Cual es el objetivo de este tipo de mapeo?

Solo si no existe la entrada correspondiente en wikipedia español del elemento se permite el uso de wikipedia=en:xxx
En la comunidad colombiana OSM estaremos agradecidos que te apegues a las reglas de mapeo y que en futuras ocasiones consultes primero con la comunidad antes de llevar a cabo estos cambios masivos en el territorio colombiano.

Esta ubicado en Colombia y su nombre correcto es Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina.
Como no hubo contestación al comentario anterior voy a hacer la corrección necesaria.
La comunidad colombiana agradecería que de ahora en adelante te apegues a las pautas OSM y en especial a los límites administrativos de Colombia.

Es apropiado proporcionar enlaces a artículos en idiomas secundarios donde no exista un artículo sobre el objeto en cuestión en el idioma local. Por ejemplo, para los museos en Francia, se prefiere la Wikipedia en francés. Pero la vinculación al artículo en inglés sobre el museo en particular en Francia está bien si no hay un artículo coincidente en la Wikipedia en francés.*

Hola, estás editando para el renderizador y nombrando erróneamente las vías.
Las rutas MTB pueden ser incluidas en una relación y no afectará las vías por donde pasan.
Al renombrar erróneamente las vías estás induciendo errores, son varios conjuntos de cambios en donde has hecho este tipo de cosas, tramos de vías residential, tertiary, unclassified, ... renombrados como Sendero MTB xxx.
Los CS serán objeto de reversión para devolverlos a su estado anterior.
Lo que puedes hacer es crear una Ruta MTB e ir añadiendo los tramos de vías.
