Fixes streamflow directions

Updates surfaces and connectivity along the bayou trail. Reverses incorrect stream flow direction.

Adds the new path along the north side as well as some amenities around the intersection with Mullins Dr. The alignment isn't perfect: there are more curves in the actual alignment, but these will need satellite pictures to provide sufficient resolution.

Adds surfaces around Five Rocks. While the pavement isn't great, it is asphalt until just west of the amphitheater.
