Update missing surface

Connect the bridge and river walk to the road for routing purposes. The path and road are adjacent according to sat imagery

Add a missing track, and a note to a track that probably doesn't exist and needs visiting

Update the new/reopened track. GPS Survey, name from the sign board. Bike access=yes as there's no "No bikes" sign, and the barrier at each end isn't the sort they use to block bikes.
