Also, we do not tag illegal rights of way. The access tags like 'access', 'foot', 'bicycle' are used to mark legal access as described by law or a traffic sign on the site. See access=* .
There are probably no signs on this road. If there is a hole in the fence, you can tag it as barrier=entrance and add a width of the hole.

Dakujem, ale je dost nepodstatne co musel splnit klient a co urcuje dotacia. Hodnoty je potrebne po nich aj kontrolovat a tiez naplnat tak aby splnali pravidla OSM. Nemozete tam hodit hocico (region nie je prevadzkovatel), toto nie je Google maps. Skuste to teda opravit. Ten fiktivny retazec "U stareho bicykla - KOCR Bratislava Region Tourism - Bratislava" do nejakej inej znacky. A zadajte skutocneho prevadzkovatela a nazov ak neexistuje treba dat prec.

Neviem ci je uplne najspravnejsie tunnel=culvert pri takom dlhom tuneli pod cestou. Ale ani tunnel=flooded to asi nebude, kedze nesplna kriteria vysky (ze by sa tam dalo vojst).

Vacsinou nie je povolene prechadzat cez trat, aj ked si tam ludia vyslapali cesticku. Ale uz to niekto vyriesil a cele to odstranil.

building=yes to landuse=garages is not a good change, they have different meaning. And it seems the building with garages is still there, so it was wrong to remove it.

Hi, nodes like node/7775253047 and node/7775253044 did not need any shifting, their position was correct. Roads meet where there is no more any physical barrier between the lanes (or at least a double-solid line). A single solid line does not separate a road into separate ways in OSM.

The website you linked explicitly says "Mapy sú majetkom SVP. Je možné ich stiahnuť zadarmo, ale nesmú sa používať na komerčné účely.", which means you can use the map but not for commercial use. OSM data can be later used for any purpose (including commercial), thus it looks like this map cannot be used for OSM.
