The sign by the gate just calls this "Inland Park", and the city doesn't list it with the other athletic parks (or show it on the general parks map), but does refer to it as Inland Athletic Park on the website in several places.

Anyone who knows about these things is invited to add some of the playing fields - I can't tell a rugby field from a soccer field. And what's that at the east end?
