Can anyone confirm that this divided section is complete and open?

Aerial images suggest it is probably a City Parks or perhaps Roads depot.

based on interactive pathway map as of 2017-10-06 (typically quite up to date for roads), it looks like there is a piece of road shown here that shouldn't be (map shows 5 ways - counting those to east of Macleod as one - straight east of the north corner of Home Depot)

seems very unlikely Monarch occupies the whole bldg

whole area including bldgs to W of this point may be Walden Heights Seniors'

area is "recreation" in City open data but does not appear in pathway map
